I realized today that I have been doing the healthy thing for 20 days!!! No candy for 20 days no soda, no tea, no butter, no sugar!! I’m so proud of myself can’t wait till I can say its been a month! I do feel bad for not working out for the past two days but I’ll make that up at my muay Thai class tomorrow morning! Keep up the good work everyone!

Soo My diet has been going well, for the most part I haven’t broken down and had any junk food, YAY me! New hobby!
Just finished my first pre-muay thai class! it was HARD but it was fun! I learned how to do a lot of different punches and kicks, I cant wait to go back Wednesday and Thursday, it will be a great thing to incorporate into my weight loss….EEK!!! I cant wait till next month too see some body changes :)
